Hello world!

Annnnd we’re back!

After a couple years’ hiatus, I’m blogging again, this time under the banner of Mintz Communications, and with a bit more focus.

I’ve come to understand that I have a lot to say about how people come together to make things happen: how political groups form and build their followings, how advocates bring legislation from concept to reality, how community spirit wells up and channels itself for local good. And, related to that, I have opinions, partly based on experience, about how any organization with practical communications objectives can better set itself up for success.

And rather than (or—let’s be honest—in addition to) spewing all that all over social media, I’m going to put some of it here. We’ll see how it goes.
